Class info for upcoming week!

Hey Rockstars!!!


I will be out of town Saturday afternoon coming back Monday mid day therefore R&R class is canceled this Saturday March 12th, I'm still teaching 8am boxing and 9:15 circuit!!

Monday's March 14th 9:15am and 11:30am classes are also canceled.


I apologize for the inconvenience... this is however a great opportunity to try out one of the recordings!!
