As we know, consistency is KEY! In order to ensure that all of you still get your workouts in, I've uploaded new workout recordings and I'm sending you 3 different workout combos. Short, efficient and effective! Get It Done!
Workout #1
Warm up with walk outs, runners lunges and 1 minute slow mountain climbers.
1 minute Burpees
30 sec. Jump rope
1 minute high knees
30 sec. Jump rope
1 minute Switch lunges
30 sec. Jump rope
1 minute Jump squat
30 sec. Jump rope
Repeat the above sequence 2 to 3 times
Finish it off with...
10 push ups
10 sit ups
45 sec.wall sit
10 diamond push ups
10 Jacknifes
45 second Vsit hold
Repeat the above sequence 2 to 3 times
Workout #2
Warm up with walk outs, kick through (or runners lunges) and 1 minute pop ups.
45 seconds cross body climbers
30 second up/down plank
45 seconds donkey kicks
30 second up/down plank
45 seconds star jacks
30 second up/down plank
45 seconds squat twist
30 second up/down plank
Repeat the above sequence 2 to 3 times
Finish it off with...
20 spider push ups
20 alternating star crunches
45 seconds runners lunge switch
20 ab bicycles
20 Russian twist
30 seconds 1 inch push up hold
Repeat the above sequence 2 to 3 times
Workout #3
Warm up with walk outs adding a push up every time, plank with toe taps to the side and 1 minute pop ups with alternating knee lifts.
45 seconds jumping jacks
30 second switch lunges
45 seconds seal jacks
30 second switch lunges
45 seconds power jacks
30 second switch lunges
45 seconds star jacks
30 second switch lunges
Repeat the above sequence 2 to 3 times
Finish it off with...
30 hovering child pose to push ups
30 surrenders
45 second fast feet
30 rocking banana or turtle
30 outside body climbers from elbow plank
1 minute plank
Repeat the above sequence 2 to 3 times
