Here is one of my favorite smoothie recipe for you!
1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 cup water
3-4 ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use whey protein)
1 table spoon flaxseed oil
1 table spoon flaxseed
1/2 sqeezed lemon
Blend it all together and Enjoy!

- they contain high quality of proteins
