A few things are happening this Saturday and next week which means a few changes to the schedule! PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
ALL classes will be cancelled this Saturday October 28th EXCEPT the 9:15am Circuit which Kai and Margaret will be leading!!! They will have all the equipment.
Join them for your Saturday morning workout at Cuesta Park!
Monday through Thursday 9:15 am classes next week (30th to 2nd of Nov.) will be Bootcamp inspired (no TRX).
Tuesday and Thursday will be less intense however still challenging.
ALL 4:15pm and 5pm classes will be canceled next week.
I will only be teaching Circuit class on November 4th which will be from 8:30am to 9:30am.
