Hello amazing Rockstars!!!
I want to start by telling each one of you that I am so incredibly grateful for you!
I love what I do and a huge part of that is because of all of you!
Each one of you inspires me on a daily basis to be the best trainer I can be!

That being said...
The trainer (ME) will be travelling the week of October 15th to October 24th inclusively.
Almost all classes during that time will be cancelled HOWEVER I will be teaching via zoom
at 4:15pm PST each day from Monday the 17th through Thursday the 20th.
These classes will be 60 minutes long!! MARK your calendars!
Regular classes will resume on October 25th!
